Transfer data grouped by fields in a table

Using the "Record Transfer" action, you can transfer data grouped by fields within a table to records in another app. This page introduces the method to do so.

1. The source app must have fields that are part of a table.

   

2. The destination app must have both fields that are not part of a table and fields that are part of a table.

   

1. Check the "Upsert" option.

   

   This indicates that rows will be added if no corresponding table row exists, using the values of fields belonging to the table as keys.

2. In the "Fetch Criteria" specification section, specify both fields that are not part of a table and fields that are part of a table as the destination fields.

   

3. In the "Field Mappings" specification section, specify one or more fields that are part of a table as the source fields.
